Discover Indian Hills

Indian Hills Christian Church is an independent, New Testament Christian church located in Danville, Kentucky. We exist to help people connect with God’s Word and the Holy Spirit so that every person can grow in faith, find direction in life, and experience the life‑changing power of Jesus Christ.

We aim to be a community grounded in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit—worshipping God, teaching His Word, and living out our faith in everyday life.

Our Beliefs

We believe that Scripture is inerrant, infallible and inspired by God. The Bible is our guide for teaching, instructing and church structure.

2 Timothy 3:16-17

The head of our church is Jesus, the Son of God. We believe that his birth was miraculous, that his mother Mary was a virgin when he was born. We believe that Jesus died but that his Father literally brought his body back to life. 

Matthew 1:23, Romans 14:9

We believe that accepting Jesus as Lord is the only path to understanding our place in the world, discovering real peace and receiving eternal life. We believe that everyone has been called to a life of surrender and discipleship with Jesus through the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

We believe that the Bible's plan for salvation is belief in the Gospel message, repentance, confession, immersion and obedience to Christ.

We believe that Jesus will return and that when he comes, all Christians who have died will be resurrected and will live with him forever in the New Heaven and the New Earth.
